Crestwood Villas is a maintenance-free condominium community of about 100 single-story villas built inthe late 1980s &'90s under a canopy of palm trees and surrounded in lush tropical plantings.
Crestwood Villas are conveniently located just north of Wilkinson Road and east of Honore Avenue. Both
Downtown Sarasota and I-75 are a few minutes away from this centrally located community.
Some units back to lagoons at the northern & eastern sections of the development while residences
in the subdivisionÂ’'s eastern-most section are adjacent to a lush greenbelt. Several amenities, including a
clubhouse and heated pool are available as are a tennis court and shuffleboard. This villa commuity is
dog-friendly. Residents may have pets up to 35 pounds but renters may not bring pets.
Floorplans of these villas range from about 1,600 sqft to nearly 2,000 sqft
with 2 and 3 bedrooms and 1 or 2 baths. Prices range, depending upon condition and location from the low to middle $200s. Each
villa has 2 assigned parking spaces. Some of the larger villa homes have vaulted ceilings, guest bedrooms and dens,
patios, and laundry areas.
Nearby Urfer Park at Bee Ridge Road has playgrounds, a mile-long nature trail, and dog-friendly areas.
Bee Ridge Road has restaurants, ice cream and pizza parlors, retail shops and supermarkets. Within a few minutes,
you can be in Downtown Sarasota where you'll find all the arts and cultural, dining spots, jazz clubs and a host of
nightclubs.
